So, continuing with the stress-free holiday hosting theme…here’s another easy breezy yet festive starter, Festive Hawaiian Pineapple Cheese Mini Bites using Stella Cheese! Hawaiian Pineapple Cheese Mini Bites

Stella Cheese, as they say, has “a cheese to match your mood and flavors to statisfy any cravings”! With my hand raised, yes yes they do! I have enjoyed using them in my holiday recipes. Now after the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, you will still be ready to take a break, I know I will. So how does $5000 sound…awesome right! Gather ingredients: Small mini toasts, Small salami, Stella Cheeses, Pineapple pieces, Jalapeños and Toothpicks.

Slice small squares of Stella Cheese.

Hawaiian Pineapple Cheese Mini Bites

Using toothpicks begin assembling mini Christmas trees. Fold the salami and secure by pushing toothpick through the back folding ends.

Add jalapeño at the bottom for the tree skirt, then the cheese as the base.

Then add a pineapple piece on the top for the star. Then place the tree on top of the mini toast. Ready for eating.
