Gather ingredients: Small mini toasts, Small salami, Stella Cheeses, Pineapple pieces, Jalapeños and Toothpicks.
Slice small squares of Stella Cheese.
Using toothpicks begin assembling mini Christmas trees. Fold the salami and secure by pushing toothpick through the back folding ends.
Add jalapeño at the bottom for the tree skirt, then the cheese as the base.
Then add a pineapple piece on the top for the star. Then place the tree on top of the mini toast. Ready for eating.
